Nadia has recently been named Dual Career Coordinator at the Luxembourg Institute for High Performance in Sports (LIHPS). Since its foundation in 2018, LIHPS has been at the forefront of changing dual career policies in Luxembourg and has supported hundreds of athletes through its dual career services.
Nadia is a former student-athlete and professional basketball player and was first introduced to the possibilities in the field of dual careers as a participant of the FIBA TIME-OUT project. This project, supported by Erasmus+, was the first ever program led by FIBA in the field of dual careers that focused on the integration of basketball players into the labour market.
