Guy has been the National Director of TASS from its inception. Over almost 20 years, TASS has supported thousands of athletes, with many achieving notable successes in their sporting and professional careers. Athletes have gone on to win numerous World Championships, over 200 Olympic/Paralympic medals and many now hold significant positions of influence in sport and business. He has also advised and supported a number of countries and organisations in the development of their own athlete Talent and Dual Career policies, strategies and programmes, such as working with the FIBA, FIFPro, IOC and the Japanese, Indian and Brazilian Governments. He has chaired a number European Union (EU) Expert Groups looking at developing policy and recommendations in the areas of Coaching, Qualifications, Dual Career, Volunteering and Employment in Sport. He has been Chef de Mission and Team Manager for numerous Team GB delegations and teams across various sports and events. Currently he is the senior Non-Executive Director of the British Weightlifting Board and Chairs their International and Nominations Committees.
He is a strong believer in developing the opportunities for, and the voice of, athletes.

Emma Terho a five time Olympian in ice hockey from Finland. She has been a member of the IOC Athletes Commission since Peyongchang 2018 and the chair of the commission and a member of IOC Executive board since Tokyo 2020. Emma is also a member of WADA Athletes Commission.

Sarah Townsend has been on the Board of EGLSF (European Gay & Lesbian Sports Federation) since 2016 and is currently co-president. She sits on the ENGSO Equality Within Sport Committee (EWS) committee, which advises the Executive Committee on equality matters, and was one of the 15 experts of the European Commission High Level Group on Gender Equality in Sport. Sarah has represented the French LGBTQI sporting federation – FSGL - at international level, and is a delegate with the Federation of Gay Games. Sarah enjoys outdoor activities – hiking, open-water swimming, cycling, rowing – and co-founded Activ’Elles04, to promote women’s sport and to offer women living in a rural setting the opportunity to access these activities.
